We received the replacement sofas yesterday and want to thank the folks at Decorating Mart and Powell for making this happen. When the problem occurred with the fabric, there was no hassle in getting the process started to remedy it. And then when the replacement cushions arrived in a color that didn’t match, the wheels were put in motion to replace the sofas. Things are bound to go wrong sometimes, but the way all parties involved handled this situation is commendable and we very much appreciate it. It definitely showed proof of your commitment to customer service.

We were looking for a bed for our guest room. We wanted high quality but wanted to get a great deal. I'd say we got it at Decorating Mart. The bed we bought for $399 we had seen at another store for more than $1500!
