Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, have continued to draw public attention since going public with their relationship.

This week, Hudson once again found herself at the center of controversy after a recent Instagram post sparked a wave of criticism from fans.

Hudson shared photos from the NCA All-Star Nationals, where she was seen wearing a cheerleading ring along with a pin that read "be old." While the outfit caught some attention, it was her caption that quickly ignited debate online.

"For the record, a 24 y/o flyer is the equivalent of a 42 y/o quarterback," Hudson wrote, a remark many interpreted as a reference to legendary quarterback Tom Brady.

The comment ignited a flurry of responses from followers, some finding humor in the comparison and others openly questioning the logic behind it. Fans used the thread to voice everything from amusement to skepticism about Hudson's intentions and sense of humor.

Comments ranged from dismissive to openly hostile, with several users questioning the intent behind her post and the nature of the comparison.

"You're sick in the head", one fan wrote.

Other comments took aim at her relationship with Belichick, who is more than four decades her senior.

Though Brady is currently 48, the "42-year-old quarterback" reference appeared to point toward the later stages of his career, when he was still competing at an elite level.

Brady famously won his seventh Super Bowl at age 43, further cementing his reputation for longevity in the NFL. However, many fans did not appreciate the analogy, seeing it as either unclear or unnecessarily provocative.

The relationship between Belichick and Hudson has been closely scrutinized since it became public, largely due to their significant age gap.

As one of the most accomplished coaches in NFL history, Belichick's personal life has increasingly become part of the public conversation, especially as he navigates his post-Patriots chapter.

Hudson takes aim after Belichick's Hall of Fame snub

The Instagram controversy comes just weeks after Belichick was denied first-ballot induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Despite winning eight Super Bowls-six as head coach of the New England Patriots and two as an assistant with the New York Giants-Belichick reportedly failed to receive the required 40 out of 50 votes for first-ballot selection.

Following the announcement, Hudson posted a screenshot to Instagram showing what appeared to be a canceled order for pro football merchandise. In the caption, she wrote, "Hey @profootballhof, what were the 'unforeseen circumstances'? ", a remark widely interpreted as a sarcastic jab at the Hall of Fame decision.

Brady himself also addressed Belichick's exclusion, saying he "doesn't understand it," echoing the sentiments of many who believe the longtime coach's résumé speaks for itself.

As Belichick's legacy continues to be debated and dissected, Hudson's social media presence has become an added layer to the public narrative. Whether intentional or not, her posts continue to spark conversation, and, increasingly, controversy, around one of football's most decorated figures.
